TO BE SOLD,
BY PUBLIC VENDUE,
ON Friday the 25th of March inst. on the
premises, the real estate of Richard Templin deceased, being a valuable
plantation, containing 207 acres of land, lying in the great valley, in Bart
township, Lancaster county, adjoining lands of Nathan Thompson, Samuel Downing
and others. – Nearly one-half of said tract is covered with timber, some of it
excellent chestnut, - the clear land is in a good state of cultivation, being
nearly all limed and under clover. – There is a stone dwelling house and a
large stone barn on the premises, and limestone and kiln on the same; there is
also a good scite for water works, a merchant mill having been once erected
thereon.
Any person wishing to view the land may apply to either
of the subscribers, adjoining the place.
The vendue will begin at 10 o’clock, when attendance will
be given and terms made known, by,

N.B. If the place is not sold, it will be rented for one
year, on the evening of the same day, to the highest bidder.
NOTICE
The sale of the real estate of Richard Templin, deceas’d
in Bart township, Lancaster County, is postponed until Tuesday the 5th
of April next
It will then be sold by order of Orphans’ Court. The sale
will begin at 10 o’clock. Attendance will be given and terms made known by
William Ramsey,
