I William Templin do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me made at any other time. First: I direct as soon as I an dead that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors and then all the property of every kind that I may die seized and possessed of to belong to my youngest Isaac Templin and ----- and lastly I appoint Isaac my son my Executor to this my last Will and Testament to close the same without any Security given under my hand and seal this the 16^th day of March, 1846.
